H.E.A.T short for Highly Explosive Athletic Training is designed to provide athletes with the knowledge, expertise and specific training techniques to improve sports performance. Our highly qualified staff includes 2 former division I college athletes, professional football player, professional baseball player and several elite trainers.

Sports Specific Training, Strength and Conditioning Programs for High School, Collegiate, Semi-Pro, and Professional Athletes

At All Pro Health Center we give you more than just speed.  The foundation of our success comes from our Test-Teach-Train approach to athlete development. We provide the answers to becoming faster, quicker and more powerful by assessing every athlete’s  strengths and weaknesses in the following areas: Movement Skills (speed, agility, stability and symmetry), Power and Strength, Conditioning Efficiency, and Sport Specific Skills.  From this assessment, our performance trainers create a personalized performance sports training program that balances the time of year, sport(s), position(s) played, physical development, skill level, performance level and goals.

 

Sports Nutrition for health and performance:

Active men and women are becoming more and more interested in how their diet affects sports performance. Nutritional requirements of athletes are different than that of a normal person. As an athlete, you face the challenge of keeping pace with the nutritional demands of your sport, while also consuming the nutrients to keep you fit throughout the day. It is now recognized that the right diet, combined with proper training and coaching, can significantly improve sports performance.

 

All Pro’s Sports Nutrition program aims at:

  • Improving your performance by improving body composition, this increases speed, endurance, mobility, and strength.
  • Speedy recovery, which will in turn create more capacity for practicing and competition.
