All Pro CrossFit is the premeir strength and conditioning facility in Lakewood.  We offer state of the art facility with an entire Sports Medicine and Sports Performance Team.  The only one of its kind in the state.  Owner and Operator Coach Robert Roos has been teaching the CrossFit Lifestyle for over 7 Years and was one of the first affiliates with CrossFit.  He has trained over 1500 people, in addition to implementing CrossFit Programs into military, police, and fire departments across the nation.    Coach Roos has an extensive background in training, nutrition, supplements for Sports Enhancement and Weight Loss.  He has played Professional and Semi-Professional Football.

All Pro Health Center and All Pro CrossFit’s Lakewood location has been open since July 2010 and we are adding more and more members and classes every week. If you are new to CrossFit we would love to have you come check out what it’s all about at no charge for your first visit, if you are an avid CrossFitter then you will be excited to have a gym of this caliber in the West Metro Area, and we are excited to meet you!!!

Why are we different from other CrossFit Gyms?

There are several CrossFit Gyms to chose from.  We are different because we create a program that fits everyone’s needs.  We have young college athletes, weekend warriors, and we have 70 year olds.  We scale load the workout to what you are physically able to do. It doesn’t matter what your physical shape is, we can help you get some movement in your life.  You will feel safe and comfortable in our welcoming environment.
